Colcannon Soup

Made with potatoes, kale, leeks and sausage links.

Corn Beef & Cabbage

Slow simmered by us, is served with new cabbage, steamed potatoes, country green beans, sliced fresh carrots and a thick slice of our Irish Soda Bread.

Irish Lamb Shanks

Very slow simmering makes this  Meat on the Bone moist & tender!  Prepared in a veal demi-glaze, the shank is served on a vegetable couscous.  This is very similar to what Donna & TJ had in Co. Galway, Ireland.

Irish Bourbon Salmon

The fresh fillet is marinated in Irish bourbon and spices.  With no fat added, it is roasted with an herbed tomato and fresh vegetables.

Guinness Beef Stew

Choice beef tenderlion tips are pan-seared and simmered in our mild Guinness sauce. Finished with wee carrots and baby baked potatoes.  Served in a warm bread bowl.

Irish " Fish & Chips "

On every menu in Ireland.  The haddock fillet is fried and served with chips.

Leprachaun Dinner

Complete from beginning to end. A cup of Mulligatawny soup, salad, then slow simmered corned beef, new potatoes, cabbage, green beans, carrots, Irish Soda Bread & Irish Toffee Custard for dessert.

Baked Irish Pork

Fresh pork loins are slowly baked for a long time with onions and apples.  This is according to an olde Irish recipe brought back in 1972 by Grandma Fitz.

Irish Scallop Casserole

These fresh sea scallops will be poaced in a heavy cream and Irish whiskey with fresh mushrooms and piped with mashed potatoes.
