SHAMROCK’S IRISH EGG

Hard boiled egg wrapped in ground pork, breaded & deep-fried.  Served w/ spicy mustard. Typical in pubs of Ireland.   $6.95

 1 pound of MUSSELS w/ GUINNESS and Cream

Newfoundland mussels w/toast for dippin’. $10.95

 FRIED GREEN PICKLES

6 spears… breaded and deep-fried. With our Dijon dipping sauce.  $6.95

IRISH NACHOS

Potato slices with our Guinness braised corned beef brisket, sauerkraut, cheese, jalapeño peppers and sour cream!   $10.95

1/3 lb beans in a creative onion breading.  W/ two dipping sauces.  $6.95

CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE

Slowly braised right here in Irish Guinness!

Corned beef is served with cabbage wedge, steamed potatoes, country green beans, fresh carrots and a thick slice of our Irish dark currant bread.    $16.95

 IRISH LAMB SHANK

Slow simmering makes this 1¼ pound ‘meat on the bone’ moist & tender!  Prepared in a veal demi-glaze and served atop vegetable orzo. $26.95

 GUINNESS BABY BACK PORK RIBS

Lean pork ribs slowly cooked in our kitchen.  Finished w/ our own Guinness BBQ sauce.    $22.95         

IRISH  SHEPHERD’S PIE

Fresh choice lamb legs simmered with root vegetables, fresh corn & peas; then  piped with freshlymashed potatoes.  $20.95

LIMERICK PRAWNS AND CRAB

Super-jumbo prawns (shrimp) and lump crab in a mildly spiced sauce are baked with baby tomatoes.  $26.95

SCALLOP AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE

Sweet Bay Scallops and crimini mushrooms are poached in cream and Irish whiskey.  The casserole is then piped w/ freshly masked potatoees  and baked!   This is a recipe brought from Ireland in 1972 by Great-Grandma Fitz.  $24.95

 

IRISH ‘FISH and CHIPS’

On every menu in Ireland. The haddock fillet is fried and served with chips (fried potatoes).  $21.95

 IRISH  WHISKEY GLAZED WILD  SALMON

No FAT added!  The fresh organic Scottish fillet is marinated in an Irish whiskey sauce& baked w/ an herbed tomato.   $23.50

 BONED FRESH TROUT

Brushed with fresh herbs and Irish butter & roasted with a tomato from our garden.  $21.95

 GUINNESS BEEF STEW

Choice beef tips are braised. Finished in our mild Guinness sauce  with wee  carrots, green beans and potatoes.   Served with red-jacket potatoes.  $21.95
